The S-1369 Hip-Pocket record player and Hip-Pocket records were a fad in the late 60’s. The single track records were sold at Woolworths and Ford dealerships for 69 cents. The idea was that you could buy and throw it your back pocket to share or trade with friends. They were not very durable and thus didn’t end up being a commercial success. Plays at 45 RPM.
