These tiny walkie talkies were dubbed “America’s first pocket transceiver operating in the citizen band.” They were poorly made and many were returned. It’s hard to find a working pair today.

They are sold. I’ll let you know if I find another pair.
How much would a pair of these radios be? Since they are the first ever commercially made, I would like to have a pair of them.
You should be able to find a pair for under $50.
Thanks for sharing the Pocketcom. One of the most amazing walkie-talkie I have owned.
I wasn’t expecting any archive but the pictures brought back lovely memories.
I have a pair of these Pocketcom xb100 can’t get neither one to work I’m still learning electronics . I started recapping them and managed to get one of them to kind of working the audio is really low and distorted sometimes when I keep it on longer it gets a little louder. I don’t know if anybody might know what the fault might be . I would like to at least get one working . If anybody has an idea of what it couldn’t be appreciate the feedback thanks. Joe
